TeenSpeak: "What Are You Thinking?!"
Back by popular demand, TeenSpeak is a special program for teens at SpeakOut Illinois, run by Generations for Life, the youth outreach division of SpeakOut Illinois co-sponsor, the Pro-Life Action League.
TeenSpeak features a great program of talks, lunch, and the awarding of a $1000 scholarship in the TeenSpeak essay contest.
Conference Theme: "What are you thinking?!"
High-school age teens will delve into the psychology, spirituality and ideology involved in the conflict over the life issues, including:
- What Are Teens Thinking? On the psychology behind abortion
- What Are Pro-Aborts Thinking? On myths about pro-lifers
- Thank again How to talk about abortion
Register for TeenSpeak
Registration for TeenSpeak is $25, including lunch and conference materials. TeenSpeak registration is separate from registration for the main SpeakOut Illinois conference program.
To register for TeenSpeak, download the TeenSpeak Flyer [PDF] and mail the registration form to as directed. Please do not mail your essay contest submission with your registration.
TeenSpeak Essay Contest
Win a scholarship with your original essay (max. 750 words) on the following theme:
Think Again: What can you do to help another teen reconsider his or her thinking on abortion?
First place: $1000
Second place: $500
